1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

A return or refund will only be accepted in the following cases:

- The item delivered is incorrect due to our error
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival due to our handling
